Manager, Dealer Recruitment and Selection

**What you’ll do**
- Drive and elevate all Dealer recruitment-related activities
- Lead and inspire a team of Recruiters and work closely with them on goal setting and reaching objectives; develop and coach team members to deliver on broader corporate and Dealer mandate
- Work with Corporate Marketing, Employer Brand and Retail Operations to generate awareness of the Dealer opportunity.
- Create awareness in the market about opportunities for prospective Dealers by being a brand ambassador for Canadian Tire
- Educate Subject Matter Expert interviewers to ensure consistency in the interview process.
- Measure success of programs using data; continuously improve processes and pivot where necessary
**What you bring**
- 5+ years' experience leading a Recruitment & Selection function within a large organization.
- University degree in business and or a related field
- Developed an excellent understanding of current recruitment trends and practices
- Demonstrated an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- An expert at leveraging social media and recruitment-related technologies/platforms
- A strong propensity for cross-functional collaboration, experience in a large, complex organization preferred
- Existing relationships or understanding of our Dealer network is an asset
- Bilingual in French and English language is an asset
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
