**Bradford Facility for: Regional Manager**

**Critical Success Factors**:
A solid understanding of business planning, financial and cost management

Provide planning and direction to sales staff to ensure strong employee relations, motivation, training, ongoing coaching, counseling and guidance.

Proven ability to build and grow sales in a team environment

Gather and analyze competitive data and information and communicate findings and recommendations to the leadership team.

Ensure that the sales department has the knowledge, capabilities, and support to meet objectives.

Flexible and adaptable - able to positively impact both strategic and tactical initiatives

Professional and resourceful style - able to lead by example, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks/projects
- Five (5) years’ experience in a leadership role.
- Commitment to learning, by way of advanced courses and/or a University degree
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, fluent in both oral and written English.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Able to delegate effectively in a team environment, to mentor and develop others and have a high level of collaboration and interaction with all departments.
- Travel is required throughout Ontario and Quebec
- Able to self-manage time and activities for optimum results.

**This position offers a competitive compensation package, which is a salary and bonus combination.**
