**Position Summary**:
The Talent Acquisition Summer Student is responsible for providing exceptional support to our Human Resources team of Parkland, for the 4-month term. As a member of the Human Resources team, you will assist with the day-to-day activities that includes creating and managing job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. The summer student will also be responsible for preparing employment letters and being a support to the Talent Acquisition team members for HR-related tasks and special projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creating and managing job postings.
- Providing support for Talent Acquisition team members in reviewing resumes and coordinating interviews.
- Preparing employment letters, including offer letters and decline letters.
- Maintaining the tracking system for recruitment and other related activities.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team members with other HR related tasks, special projects, and events as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- You are available for a 4-month term beginning on or around May 2nd, 2023.
- You have exceptional interpersonal skills and possess natural leadership as demonstrated in academic and/or extracurricular activities.
- You have highly developed verbal and written communication skills to enable you to thrive in a challenging and exciting work environment.
- You are a creative and analytical thinker with some project management skills who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- You have tenacity and an entrepreneurial spirit, and are passionate about seeking out win-win solutions.
- You have strong MS Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- You will be part of a global team and must be able to work effectively through a high degree of collaboration and communication through in-person meetings and video conferences.
