**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Instill confidence and drive in our team by embodying the core values of ComForCare and fostering a culture of support, growth, and success.
- Develop and execute strategic plans and budgets in alignment with franchise goals, driving operational excellence and growth.
- Lead staffing, HR, and client service initiatives to ensure exceptional care and service delivery.
- Cultivate strong relationships with community partners to expand our reach and impact.
- Uphold ethical standards and company policies while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

**Education/Experience Requirements**:

- University degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Four to ten years of relevant business experience, demonstrating leadership and growth.
- RPN or PSW experience is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.

- Confident and effective communicator with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and team development.
