**Position: Logistics Associate - Canada Operations (Entry Level)**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Monitor, track and manage client shipments
- Book pickup/ delivery appointments and communicate with the transportation provider and client
- Ensure accurate and timely data input into system
- Resolve shipping issues and advise operations team of any carrier delays at pickup and delivery locations in a timely manner
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Maintain good customer relationships; be readily accessible and responsive to client needs
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of customer shipping/transportation requirements
- Communicate and articulate client requirements so all commitments are met or exceeded

**Required Skills and Ability**
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional computer skills
- Superior customer service skills with a proficiency in trouble shooting for our clients
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Excellent time-management skills

**Experience and Education**
- Post Secondary (preferably in a Business field)
- Logistics or Customer Service experience an asset

**Benefits**

**Salary**: $41,000.00-$47,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Oakville, ON L6H 0W7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
