**ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENT COORDINATOR**

**The Role**:
The Administrative Document Coordinator (ADC) supports the office in running smoothly and assists in the success of each project by ensuring that communication flows easily from the client to the project team, and by supporting the Administrative Team with Special Projects and cross-coverage of our primary Admin roles. The ADC embodies effectiveness and efficiency through the utilization and reinforcement of GUNN best practices, document and task management, templates and tracking systems. Duties include:
**Administrative and Document Coordination**:

- Cross-coverage support with Project Accounting Coordinator and Proposal Coordinator roles
- Streamlining and documenting Training and Project procedures
- Maintaining job files and company databases
- Routing all communication in and out of the office
- Supporting the Office Administrator with answering phones as needed
- Special Project Assistance for Administrative and Leadership Teams as required

- An excellent communicator in English (spoken and written)

- Experienced working in an office and keen to learn more
- Love balancing your structured and creative sides by uncovering unique solutions
- Always looking for ways to improve the world around you

**Compensation**:
$42,000 - $60,000 Annually, DOE. Comprehensive Benefits Package, Continuing Education Opportunities and more
