Our rental fleet consists of the equipment needed to get the job done on time and on budget in our demanding marketplace.

As a result of our growth, NorthStar Equipment Rentals is currently seeking to hire one Territory CSR in Edmonton and one Calgary. The Territory CSR will be responsible for generating revenue by opening and servicing new accounts in the designated area. In addition, the Territory CSR will support the sale of equipment as we execute our fleet acquisition strategy.

You will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. Reporting to: Sales Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support inside customer service representatives in processing orders, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of products/services.- Conduct daily servicing of assigned territory, including regular visits to customer job sites and offices.- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and review weekly tasks and objectives to achieve sales targets and goals effectively.- Work diligently to meet and exceed growth and revenue targets set by the company.- Rent and sell construction equipment and related items to new customers and generate new business opportunities through lead follow-ups, sales calls, networking, and relationship building.- Actively seek out and capitalize on opportunities to achieve forecast targets and objectives.- Develop a deep understanding of all equipment rented by Northstar to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers regarding equipment selection and usage.- Participate in sales meetings, branch meetings, and industry events to stay updated on company policies, product/service offerings, and industry trends.- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently to provide excellent customer service and support.- Identify and engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders within prospective organizations to facilitate the sales process and secure new business opportunities.- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, service, marketing to address customer issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.- Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, events, and trade shows to promote the brand, build brand awareness, and strengthen client relationships.- Other duties and responsibilities as required.

Skills & Knowledge:
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a key focus on exceptional customer service.- Highly organized, a self-starter with good time management skills, able to work alone for long periods of time.- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication.- Independent performer, work with little supervision.- Ability to demonstrate self-awareness.- Proficient Microsoft Office skills with experience using MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Access.- Ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent- Valid driver’s license- Customer service experience- General knowledge of construction, tools and equipment
