The Kenan Advantage Group Inc., (KAG), is North America’s largest tank truck transporter and logistics provider, delivering energy commodities, specialty products, merchant gases, and food products across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team at KAG Canada at our Edmonton Head Office.

**This is a day shift position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm.**

**About the position**:

- Distribute weekly and bi-weekly employee lists due for check in program and compile employee and manager feedback for distribution
- Conduct employee exit interviews and compile feedback
- Manage Scholarship Program for eligibility (liaise with applicants, gather documentation)
- Complete employee letters as required (confirmation of employment, job experience)
- First point of contact for employees regarding our benefit and RRSP / DPSP match program
- Support WCB administration including collecting clearances and reporting
- Assist/research with projects, such as the Accessibility Act, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee
- Other duties as required by the Human Resources team

**What you bring**:

- Entry level Administrative or Human Resources experience with a keen interest in learning the many dimensions of HR through on the job training
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in Microsoft Office is considered an asset
- Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
