Our Job Site Leads are responsible for the successful execution of a project. They are highly skilled, mobile and fully equipped professional renovators. They are completely proficient in most, if not all, aspects of home renovation and have years of experience in the industry.

We are a fast paced, professional general contracting and handyman company with the opportunity to grow within our organization. We are looking for skilled people who have an anything for the customer attitude and solid work ethic.

The job entails a variety of work. Because we do everything from gutter cleaning, to patching a hole into a wall, to redoing a kitchen or basement we are looking for all kinds of talent, but individuals with varied skills are preferred.

We work Monday to Friday, during regular business hours.

You must have most tools and have proper transportation for yourself and your tools to jobs sites in North York, Riverdale and Lea Side. All applicants must be able to work in Canada and have either a valid working VISA or SIN. Criminal Record checks are also mandatory.We look forward to hearing from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform home renovation projects, including but not limited to:

- Carpentry work such as framing, installing doors and windows, and building cabinets
- Plumbing work such as installing or repairing pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Electrical work such as wiring, installing outlets and switches, and troubleshooting electrical issues
- Painting and finishing work
- Flooring installation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their renovation needs and provide recommendations
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Home Renovations Contractor or similar role
- Proficient in multiple trades including welding, electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and flooring installation
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $17.65-$31.92 per hour
