**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate scheduling of HR activities, programs and events as required.
- Provide supportive work for the full cycle recruitment process
- Responsible for general office administration, including but not limited to maintaining and reordering office supplies inventory; constructing meeting minutes, Managing company accounts
- HR and general administrative filing.
- General procurement duties
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field preferred
- 1-2 year's HR or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Mandarin and English fluency
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willing and eager to learn
- Professional communication demeanour
- Strong organization skills and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
