_Distribution Bouffe et Decouvre is a food service distribution business servicing restaurants across Quebec. We are committed to offering outstanding service and products and being a reliable business partner to our customers._

**Responsibilities**:
Respond to customer inquiries by phone professionally with questions including orders, shipments and claims.

Create invoices for orders

Organize driver’s routes for the day and have communication with the driver

File accounts Receivables

Enter Purchase orders for incoming inventory

Update and manage order sheet for customers

Other duties assigned

**Qualifications**

Proficiency in Sage 50 Simply Accounting software (mandatory)

Ability to speak English and French

Ability to multi-task and be organized

**Experience**

Relevant work in the food industry is preferred

**Responsabilités**:
Répondre professionnellement aux demandes des clients par téléphone avec des questions, y compris les commandes, les expéditions et les réclamations.

Créer des factures pour les commandes

Organiser les itinéraires des chauffeurs pour la journée et avoir une communication avec le chauffeur

Classer les comptes débiteurs

Saisir les bons de commande pour les stocks entrants

Mettre à jour et gérer les bons de commande pour les clients

Autres tâches assignées

**Qualifications**

Maîtrise du logiciel Simple Comptable de Sage 50 (obligatoire)

Capacité à parler anglais et français

Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à s’organiser

**Expérience**

Un travail pertinent dans l’industrie alimentaire est préférable

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
