**Front Desk attendant, receptionist, and order processing / Réceptionniste Bilingue Anglais et Français**
At CiMa-Pak we feel that live answering of the telephone is greatly appreciated by our customers and potential customers. Professional friendly greeting of customers visiting our showroom is also important. If you think that you can enchant those who call and visit, then this position might be for you.
Involved in this position is telephone answering and directing the call to the appropriate team member or taking the new order over the phone. You will be greeting those who walk through our door by appointment or not and make them feel welcome and important until the sales rep is ready. A professional yet friendly and helpful manner is always required.
You must be an excellent communicator. Able to listen, understand, and speak clearly with confidence. You will relay clear messages to your team members. You must be able to speak and write both English and French equally.
This position also involves taking daily repeat orders and processing them by entering the order into the RSA order system and advising operations.
Additionally, tracking of shipments is done as requested by the customers or when needed.
Computer skills are essential.
You will also be preparing the paperwork and samples for shipment.
For the right person showing their capabilities there is room to grow.
This is a fulltime position, Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM. This position is available immediately.

Le ou la réceptionniste répond au téléphone et dirige l'appel vers le membre approprié de l'équipe. Vous accueillez les visiteurs qui se présentent, avec ou sans rendez-vous, et assurer qu’ils se sentent les bienvenus et importants jusqu'à l'arrivée du représentant des ventes. Une manière professionnelle, amicale et serviable est toujours requise.
Vous devez être un(e) excellent(e) communicateur/communicatrice, avec une bonne capacité d’écoute et de compréhension et une habilité de parler clairement avec confiance; vous relayerez des messages clairs et précis aux membres de votre équipe. Il est essentiel que vous puissiez communiquer et écrire en anglais et en français.
Dans ce rôle, vous prendrez également des commandes de réapprovisionnement de fournitures, les saisirez dans le système RSA et communiquerez ces informations à notre Service des Opérations.
De plus, vous fournirez aux clients des informations de suivi des expéditions sur demande ou en cas de besoin.
Des compétences informatiques sont essentielles.
Ceci est un poste à temps plein, du lundi au vendredi, de 8h00 à 16h30. Ce poste est disponible immédiatement.
