**INTRODUCTION**:
New Path Youth and Family Services is an accredited children’s mental health agency providing a range of compassionate, innovative and accessible services for children, youth and their families throughout Simcoe County. **PURPOSE OF POSITION**:
To provide administrative support to management and other employees and assist with special projects.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance and People and Culture (Human Resources) departments.
- Help digitize and file electronic records.
- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of employee records and ensuring accuracy.
- Assist in reviewing and updating some tools, templates and guides for formatting and some content using digital technology skills.
- Support the development and/or review of smaller projects.
- In collaboration with the Manager, develop, review and revise policy and procedures and program documents.
- Data entry into various databases.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-Secondary Education in Business, Finance, Administration or Human Resources; completed or in progress.
- Intermediate skills in Excel.
- Experience working in an office setting an asset.
- Must be between 15 and 30 years of age at start of employment and be able to work in Canada. Must meet other Canada Summer Jobs requirements.

- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Effective use of database and Microsoft Office systems.
- French language is an asset.

**WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to work flexible hours including evening hours, if required.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Willingness to travel to other agency offices and the community using personal vehicle. Must have valid driver’s license with minimum G2.
