RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF THE MUHC
The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) is a world-renowned biomedical and hospital research centre. Located in Montreal, Quebec, the Institute is the research arm of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University. The RI-MUHC is supported in part by the Fonds de recherche du Québec - Santé (FRQS).

Position summary

General Duties
- Review of medical charts, extraction and entry of data into an online database platform,
- Coordinate multi-site clinical studies,
- Completion of all other study-related tasks as assigned by supervisor,

Education / Experience
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a health sciences related field (example: physiotherapy, neuroscience),
- Good working knowledge of epidemiology is a plus,
- Clinical practice experience
- knowledge of neuromuscular disorders and experience with pediatric populations would be an asset,
- Knowledge of and experience working within a clinical trial setting would be an asset,
- Able to work independently and within a team,
- Ability to take initiative, set priorities, manage time, and resolve problems,
- Have willingness to learn,
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English,
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, statistical software knowledge a plus),

Additional information

**Status**: Temporary, full time

**Pay Scale**: Commensurate with education and experience

**Work Shift**: Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm

**Work Site**: Centre for Outcomes Research and Evaluation. 5252 de Maisonneuve O.
