- This position is available for an Office Coordinator_ _starting immediately._

**Responsibilities** **(but not limited to)**
- Performs reception duties, directing communications and queries towards the appropriate individuals
- Maintain and update various records and documents for company executive(s)
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Supports the Managing Director in reviewing, streamlining and updating operation processes and procedures
- Performs financial duties such as payment processing, company expense reporting and other duties required
- Responsible for the maintenance of office supplies, including ordering and purchasing
- Assist with staffing and scheduling as required
- Performs other related administrative duties and responsibilities as required

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Post-Secondary Diploma required
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in office coordination or administrative assistant
- Experience in Audio-Visual company would be ideal but not required

**KEY COMPETENCIES**
- Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to multi task with excellent time management skills
- Team Player, who is also able to work independently, with mínimal supervision
- Understand and adhere to professional A/V industry requirements
- Professional personal presentation and demeanour
- Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (work,excel, powerpoint, office, outlook etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
