**What roles are we looking to fill?**
- Deli Manager

**Role Requirements**
- Coach, lead, and mentor your team
- Ensure proper training of all team members
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address customer inquiries and concerns
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities
- Competence in administrative tasks, including record keeping and documentation
- Capacity to identify and resolve day-to-day operational challenges
- Understanding of inventory management principles and the ability to assist in stock control
- Proactive approach to tasks and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required
- Flexibility in work hours to accommodate the needs of the store, willingness to work evenings and weekends
