As a well-loved bakery in the community, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation to ensure a delightful experience for everyone.
As a Cleaner Sanitization Associate, you will play a crucial role in upholding our bakery's commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a spotless and sanitized environment throughout the bakery. This includes regular cleaning of surfaces, equipment, and common areas to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces, to maintain a clean and organized bakery.
- Sanitize food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners to keep the bakery tidy and free from clutter.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a consistent and safe cleaning process.
- Collaborate with bakery staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow while maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a cleaning or sanitation role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, disinfectants, and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Ability to work 12am to 7am
