This position is integral to the success of the Service Delivery team, and to CAAT’s guiding mission and growth strategy.

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration activities for the Central Processing team including document imaging, print fulfillment, and general member administration. The Processing Analyst ensures that tasks are completed within established service standards and assists with the achievement of service standards and service quality and delivering front line member service.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- College Diploma or University Degree with one (1) to three (3) years of experience with Defined Benefit Pension Plan, public sector pension administration, or an outsourcing service provider
- Understanding of pension administration systems and working with pension plan texts
- Experience coordination and excellent time management skills
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, a mathematical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Knowledge of applicable legislation
- Exceptional judgement, strong team player, thorough, and logical
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Someone who thrives on managing multiple priorities
- Proficient with using Excel and ability to learn new software programs is required

**Once here you will**:

- Administer day-to-day operational activities within the prescribed SLA's, including member administration, document management and other duties as required.
- Support enterprise risk mitigation through annual pensioner confirmation, missing member, and overpayment collection
- Support required system updates, and identify opportunities to streamline processes
- Review pension administration activities and identify gaps in processes and knowledge
- Be an active team member and provide cross functional support of daily administrative activities
- Act as a backup to other staff members in their absence
