Process Enablement Analyst

About the Role

The Process Enablement Analyst plays a vital role in enhancing an organization's efficiency and effectiveness by analyzing, designing, and optimizing its business processes. Their primary goal is to ensure that business processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the organization's objectives.

In this role you will optimize and improve the efficiency of marketing processes related to GTM activities. In collaboration with business partners, you'll establish best practices associated with quarterly level activity plans, taxonomy, performance monitoring and iteration. You will ensure smooth transitions during process changes by addressing resistance, communicating effectively, and providing necessary training to stakeholders.

Process Analysis: Analyzing existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for improvement. This involves studying workflows, data flows, and interactions among different departments.

Data Collection: Gathering relevant data and information about current processes, including performance metrics, cycle times, and resource utilization.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with different teams, departments, and stakeholders to understand their requirements, pain points, and expectations from the processes.

Change Management: Assisting in the implementation of new processes by coordinating training sessions, supporting employees through transitions, and addressing any challenges that arise during the change process.

Technology Integration: Identifying opportunities for technology adoption to automate or enhance processes. This could involve suggesting software tools or systems that align with process improvements.

Qualifications:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Process mapping and modeling expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management
- Understanding of technology trends and tools related to process optimization
- Attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement
- Familiarity with Anaplan and/or Workfront an asset
