**Responsibilities**

Finance
- Oversee and complete the accounting system change currently underway.
- Responsible for the Coupa accounting system for marketing.
- Ensure the proper understanding and training of accounting practices for marketing teams.
- Build the reports necessary for reading, controlling, and planning the budget via our accounting system.
- Watch over the expenses of the various marketing cost centres.
- Define the budget needed to achieve the company's marketing objectives.
- Supervise the work of a specialist

Loyalty
- Lead the development of retention strategies and plans from implementation to execution
- Track KPIs/metrics and create dashboards and reports to measure and drive the impact of loyalty strategies.
- Conduct a cost-benefit analysis when developing the programs offered.
- Monitor and interpret performance to inform and adapt future strategies.
- Anticipate, identify, and provide information about our loyalty customers to support decision-making.

Research
- Manage the relationship with our research firm
- Orchestrate and provide the necessary information for various reports to the supplier.
- Master the results and act as an expert of the department for their interpretation and inclusion in marketing strategies.

**Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree, certificate, or equivalency in accounting, finance or marketing
- At least 6 years of experience in an accounting/finance position for a marketing department
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Understanding of PeopleSoft accounting and Coupa expense management systems or equivalent
- Bilingualism (English/French), oral and written
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of the marketing campaign process and associated costs
- Excellent management of marketing budget
- Experience managing multiple projects at the same time, with different deadlines for different teams
- Understanding CRM data analysis and loyalty program an asset
- General curiosity about how to improve everyday life and find new ways of working to optimize collaboration
- Ability to adapt to change and open-mindedness when experimenting with new procedures and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good team spirit
- Detail-oriented and meticulous: perform tasks quickly and accurately
- Excellent understanding of all marketing channels and ability to navigate them
