**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and timely service
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking necessary ingredients
- Provide excellent customer service by taking special requests and accommodating dietary restrictions

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including knife skills and rolling techniques
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
