**Jefo is currently seeking a Quality System Coordinator - Manufacturing Operations.**

Location: Saint-Hyacinthe campus

Salary : To be discussed

Hours : 40 hours / week

Shift : Day

Status : Permanent full-time

**Job summary**

Under the supervision of the Quality Supervisor - Manufacturing Operations (OM), the Quality System Coordinator - Manufacturing Operations (OM) is primarily responsible for maintaining the quality standards established for inputs and finished products, and for ensuring that these standards are respected during the various stages of operations. He or she also contributes to the continuous improvement of the quality program in place, verifying standards through inspections, monitoring, evaluations and audits in accordance with quality planning and certification requirements.

**Main responsibilities**
- Manage manufacturing operations quality system documentation;
- Manage and collaborate on internal audits and ensure follow-up actions;
- Manage and ensure the updating of technical documentation relating to ingredients and finished products for internal
- including those required for various registrations (certificates of analysis, certificates of composition, data sheets
- production and expiration dates, safety data sheets, letters of guarantee, etc.);
- Collaborate, participate and follow up (external) audits with government agencies and private auditors;
- Update certifications and attestations required for manufacturing operations (regulatory watch);
- In collaboration with the relevant departments, manage non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive
- preventive measures (audit, inspection, verification);
- Collaboratively manage traceability, recall or repatriation exercises;
- Collaborate in drafting specifications;
- Collaborate on external quality analysis requests;
- Collaborate on register controls and compliance with all quality system procedures;
- Ensure compliance with product quarantine and destruction procedures.

**Required training and experience**
- Collegial diploma (DEC) in "Transformation des aliments" from ITAQ or similar training;
- Experience in agri-food manufacturing, animal manufacturing or similar;
- Relevant work experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar position.

**Skills required**

Technical skills
- Advanced knowledge of electronic devices (Tablet / Ipad);
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Apple environment an asset);
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken, written and read);
- Knowledge of ISO, HACCP, FAMI-QS, Pro-Quality quality systems.

- Team player, methodical, autonomous and able to communicate effectively;
- Problem-solving, rigorous, adaptable and calm;
- Time management, stress management, priority setting and organization.
