To ensure optimum customer service, we’re hiring a **Customer Experience Advocate** to work one-on-one with our clients. Your job will consist of greeting clients, completing a walk around of the vehicle, preparing service estimates, administration function, documenting correspondence. We offer in-house training and support as well as competitive compensation. **Enhanced service process** implemented, including capturing a video of every vehicle in service to explain and document the work required resulting in an opportunity for **Customer Experience Advocates **to earn up to an **additional $13 per hour **through our bonus program.

The Customer Experience Advocate is responsible for delivering a positive client experience while the client's vehicle is in service. The advocate will ensure that Gyro’s procedures are followed and executed with excellence.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour plus up to an **additional $13/per hour on bonus**
