**Working Arrangement**

In Office

The Workplace Solutions Project Coordinator will support the Workplace Solutions team. The individual will be responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the office space from a Facilities perspective. The individual will handle moves/adds/changes and smaller scale projects for multiple premises.

In addition, the Workplace Solutions Project Coordinator will support the Manager, Workplace Solutions with major projects and have exposure to a diversity of related Facilities tasks and functions, that are assigned when required on ad hoc basis, directed by management.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Work closely with employees and BU representatives to support their facilities/space needs.
- Responsible for small to medium scale furniture, cabling and relocation needs.
- Work closely with vendors, coordination, quotes, and processing of invoices
- Handle furniture changes: including moves, adds, repairs, cleaning, etc.
- Manage on and offsite furniture storage inventory
- Responsible for financials by preparing small scale project budgets, monitor costs and process invoicing
- Assists Jr Project Manager to manage and archive all CAD drawings
- Use the facilities management database (Tririga): complete updates to the database where moves/adds/changes have occurred; support CAFMs to vet accuracy of data; perform ad hoc lookups and reports as needed
- Work closely with AV technician.
- Perform cabling moves/adds/changes
- Work closely with Corporate Real Estate’s student workers and in some locations, day porters
- Responsible for meeting room services & wayfinding - upkeep, coordination, and event planning assistance

**What we are looking for**
- Ability to professionally interact with all employees and BU representatives to provide excellent customer service
- Foster and efficiently liaise with BU representatives, and external consultants
- Excellent problem-solving and communications skills
- Knowledge of design and construction an asset
- Good understanding of the business unit functions and directions.
- General knowledge of MS Office Applications
- College diploma in an architectural/interior design/project-facility management program is an asset
- Minimum 2 years in a related role
- Required to be proficient in French and English (Bilingual)
