**You Will**:

- Develop and implement a robust human resources strategy, in collaboration with the senior leadership and management teams, to drive ThinkOn’s strategic goals, objectives and vision.
- Design and implement employee skills and learning development programs that promote individual-based education for SME certifications and career development required to deliver the technical superiority expected from our partners and subscribers.
- Build and implement best-in-class, flexible, work from anywhere, company programs and policies that foster an engaged, productive, and effective collaborative global workforce.
- Manage future global growth by establishing a targeted career growth, recruitment and succession planning strategy that promotes ThinkOn’s strong culture.
- Refine and enhance our compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent to support our evolving global organization.
- Coach and advise people managers on the complexities and diverse employee relations issues (performance management, disability management, onboarding and offboarding).
- Use employee feedback effectively to target continuous improvement.
- Establish and nurture a diversity, equity and inclusion program.
- Proactively analyze competitive trends to help anticipate future needs to action the leadership team to capitalize on strategic opportunities.
- Establish and manage a performance appraisal system that enables optimal team performance metrics and compensation bands.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local labour and employment laws and HR regulations.
- Manage and communicate HR policies and procedures across the organization.

**You Have**:

- 8 - 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record of success in a senior leadership role. Technology industry experience, particularly in a fast-growing, global organization, is an asset.
- A college diploma, university degree and/or postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, multi-jurisdictional labour laws, and other relevant regulations (Canada, U.S. and globally) is an asset.
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP/CHRL) designation is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, mentor and develop a team of HR professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement and project management skills to develop innovative solutions to drive strategic business needs.
- Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is an asset.
