Join our team at a locally owned and operated auto service shop and power sport dealership in Thunder Bay, serving a wide range of vehicles and equipment. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and facilitating smooth interactions between customers and service technicians. If you have a passion for the outdoors, customer service, and sales, this position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be valued.

- Ability to effectively communicate with mechanics, customers, and management team members.
- Previous experience or knowledge in powersports or automotive mechanics or a related field is preferred.
- The ability to learn and utilize software is an advantage.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate path.
- Consult with mechanics to discuss necessary repairs and explore cost-effective alternatives.
- Utilize your knowledge of our products and services to upsell and provide detailed information on available parts and service options.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding service outcomes, schedule appointments, vehicle drop-off, and pick-up.
- Offer advice on warranty coverage, cost-saving opportunities, and the benefits of proactive maintenance.
- Manage the dealership's workflow efficiently by overseeing schedules and appointments.
- Communicate with customers regarding service updates or vehicle pick-up schedules.
- Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure accurate communication of service details, costs, and process payments effectively.
- Collaborate with service technicians on parts ordering and inventory management.
