Office Manager/bookkeeper

May Theatres is a family-owned Western Canadian based Cinema company that boasts 78 years in the movie industry that spans four generations.
Our office is in Sherwood Park and hours are flexible. Must be able to work Monday and Friday.
Start Date: Mid-Late January
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
**Daily**:
Open Office
Distribute Financial information to Management and Bookers
Close Office
**Weekly**:
Reconcile Location Bank Deposits
Confirm shipping for each Location
Place orders for Theatre locations (concession and cleaning supplies) as needed
Organize payables and prepare cheques/EFT for management
**Bi Weekly**:
Proof and enter payroll information
**Monthly**:
Bank Reconcilations
Month-end Accounting
**Yearly**:
Prepare Year-End Statements
Prepare Year-End Adjustments
**Looking for minimum of 3 years experience in a similar or applicable role**
**Experience with Sage 50 or Quickbooks is an asset**
- Possess strong organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $29.50 per hour
Expected hours: 18 - 30 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
