- **HOURS OF WORK**_
- **Full Time : Weekdays, 9AM-5PM (Thornhill ONLY)**:

- **Part TIme : Weekdays, 5PM-9PM & Weekends, 10AM-5PM**

- **RESPONSIBILITY**_
- Welcoming visitors to the office and directing them appropriately
- Perform day to day office operations and other related duties in a professional manner
- Booking and confirming appointments
- Perform follow-up duties to ensure that all appointments and meetings are successfully carried out
- Uploading listings
- Data entry including collecting and filing documents
- Provide supports by preparing real estate forms and documents
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail to intended recipients within the office and make arrangements for outgoing mail to be delivered to the courier
- Operate the office machines such as photocopiers, printers and computers
- Ensure compliance with established company, and regulatory guidelines, and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care
- Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Monitor and re-stocking the office pantry
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry
- Ensure a strong and robust communications process between all managers and staff members
- Support continuity among work team by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
- Other duties as assigned by manager and office administrators


- **QUALIFICATION & SKILLS**_
- _An individual who is not currently engaged with any other brokerage._
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Degree educated preferred)
- Available evenings and weekends
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent typing skills with mínimal error ratio
- Experience operating a multi-line phone system
- Ability to quickly learn industry specific program
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Able to maintain confidential information
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- ASSET: Prior Real Estate experience and knowledge of programs such as BrokerBay, MLS and Google Docs and Sheets

Wage will be discussed upon interview and will depend on level of experience.

**Extension health care and RRSP Matching programs will be provided to the Full-time employment ONLY.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 7-20 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
