We are looking for ATB’s next **Change Management Specialist** to join the Everyday Financial Services (EFS) Executive Office

Here at ATB, we put our clients at the heart of everything we do. That means we are constantly refining, improving and creating to ensure we’re making _IT_ possible for team members and clients, everyday. As a Change Management Specialist for EFS, you will bring your expertise to create and execute strategies for some of these highest impact changes, in a high volume change climate.

In order for our team members to be able to deliver for our clients, they need to be well equipped to absorb and activate change as it comes. That means, whether supporting a program, process, system, or product, your thorough, proactive change strategies will be built on data and insights, support our strategic goals, and drive results. You’ll lead with empathy, while asking tough questions, in order to align all stakeholders and partners. Finally, as an avid storyteller, you will motivate and rally stakeholders and team members behind the why of each and every change.

As a member of the Executive Office, you keep your fingers on the pulse of all things EFS and will be a go-to, trusted advisor for our leaders and decision makers. You will support effort to mature the change practice within EFS.

Change Management Specialist Accountabilities:

- Leverage and champion the enterprise change framework to create and execute plans for complex, strategic initiatives, including:

- Understanding the change and be able to articulate a clear and compelling case for change
- Work with project members to Identify all roles, teams and stakeholders that will need to be engaged or impacted by the change
- Lead change impact assessments to deeply understand and clarify what groups are being asked to do differently to realize results (behaviours)
- Design or consult on project stakeholder engagement activities
- Identify change risks and advocate for possible mitigations
- Develop team member readiness tactics and coordinate with partners to bring them to life
- Establish and report on success measures and change metrics
- Act as a consultant for complex people matters and formulate recommendations or advice for cross-functional team members and leaders
- Update and prepare senior leaders on change strategies and how they can support through sponsorship plans
- Develop strong transition to operations and sustainment plans with key stakeholders and business partners
- Support efforts to mature the change management practice within EFS
- Contribute to change reporting and data
- Act as coach and advisor for the network of EFS change enablers who responsible for delivering a wide array of project
