We specialize in import brands and being a one-stop shop in Manitoba for car owners with 6 dealerships, 3 lean producing MPI-accredited body shops, a detailing centre, and our Auto Max Car rental agency.

We have a great opportunity for a Preowned Inventory Analyst to join our team at Crown Auto Group. The Inventory Analyst works alongside several of our stores to sell more used cars by managing the reconditioning process to ensure quick inventory turns while optimizing the online used car presence.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage, expedite and approve the reconditioning activities for three stores with the goal of being fully reconditioned in 72 hours
Ensure we have a timely, consistent and professional online presence by ensuring photos, descriptions and used vehicles listings in general are optimized
Review data analytics to measure online traction on used vehicle listings to help determine when an online adjustment is required
Notify sales team of incoming used vehicles and any price adjustments
Manage wholesale disposal
Perform trade appraisals as a second look for stores when the Group Inventory Manager isn’t available
Perform other duties as required

**Requirements**:
Strong communication and teamwork skills to work across different departments and businesses
Ability to influence others to drive reconditioning efforts forward
Have strong organizational and prioritization skill with the ability to multi-task
Be detail-oriented
Be self-motivated with initiative and work under mínimal supervision
Automotive experience an asset
