This is a new role at Pinnacle Auto Group, and you can expect the role to evolve with the growth of the company We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven individual who will fulfill the strategy of our Used Car Inventory.
- The ability to motivate and inspire the team in both a group and one-on-one interactions.
- Proficiency in developing business plans, action plans and follow up strategies. Develop sales and profit goals.
- Sound decision making skills and experience using a defined set of criteria.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Able to communicate ideas that are easily understood and appropriate for intended audiences.
- A strong level of comfort with working individually and with mínimal supervision.
- The ability to work under pressure using innovative and creative approaches to meet deadlines and solve problems.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience at a leadership/management level.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the creation and enforcement of a policy to sell out of each other’s inventories. Thus, would include policies pertaining to who keeps the gross, who keeps the F&I, who/how the salesman is paid, etc.
- Setting-up and maintaining the logistics of moving vehicles around, being mindful of the geographical challenges we have
- Procuring enough quality inventory for each store to maintain levels required to hit targets. This would be through auction or other avenues.
- Creating and enforcing an Aging policy
- Creating and monitor a reconditioning policy. This would require streamlining and accelerating the recon process.
- Being a champion of dealer-to-dealer communication, getting the sales managers and stores aligned on all of the above.
