**About the Position**:
Cheekbone Beauty is a community-led and driven brand and this role will play a key role in continuing to build a community of fans and brand loyalists.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Influencers/Partnerships_
- Actively source and evaluate partnerships with a diverse set of influencers and content creators in new communities.
- Maintain strong relationships with select group of influencers and makeup artists on an ongoing basis.
- Coordinate collaborations including livestreams, discounts, giveaways, etc.
- Develop creative briefs, negotiate terms, draft contracts for campaigns.
- Other Marketing_
- Assist marketing manager with various projects.
- Analyze performance and develop reports to help with decision-making.
- Track competitive activity and curate best practices for the Cheekbone brand.
- The above is not an exhaustive list of duties associated with this role. You will be expected to perform different tasks as necessities by your changing role and the overall business objectives of the organizations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of DTC marketing experience in the beauty space.
- Excellent oral, copy-writing skills, and creativity. Willing to think outside of the box.
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets. Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, and the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as a design tools (ie. Canva).
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Desire to learn and grow at an early-stage startup.
- Important: enthusiastic about beauty space and cares about diversity & inclusivity.
