Accreditation Canada Diagnostics is searching for a Learning and Specialist to work with our newly developed diagnostic and surgical assessment program. Reporting to the Director, Accreditation Canada Diagnostics, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives created within the program. This includes contributing to our organizations’ strategic priorities by supporting initiatives that are aligned with enterprise goals and priorities, supporting the development of employee and client capabilities, and embedding an inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility (IDEA) lens into your work.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the success of our employees and our clients by supporting the evolution of learning initiatives within our newly developed assessment program.
- Support, design, deliver, and evaluate corporate programs such as e-learning (mandatory and requested courses) and facilitated sessions (orientation and custom-designed courses).
- Develop relevant tools (guides, activities, models, etc.) and guidance for the program on topics such as quality improvement and patient safety.
- Define and implement new or renewed approaches as required for program initiatives.
- Analyze metrics and other indicators to ensure the support of the program’s needs and initiatives.
- Manage the production of learning initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders and contributors externally and across our enterprise.
- Leverage research and new methods that will help to drive programs, enhancements, and initiatives.

**Must Have Qualifications**:

- University degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience with demonstrated experience in supporting the development and implementation of program initiatives.
- Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, user experience and facilitation.
- Knowledge of quality improvement principles.
- An interest in healthcare services.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Articulate 360 (or similar e-learning programs).
- Strong analytical skills, including experience using Excel to analyze data and identify insights.
- Collaborative and inclusive mindset.
- Strong sense of ownership, initiative and curiosity.
