What will your typical day look like? Support DTTL and member firms on the Global Risk Technology Program: o Support managing Risk system(s) roadmap and work closely with product governance and Deloitte Technology team to prioritize and manage projects/activities in line with product and Risk Technology program vision o Support managing Risk system(s) releases including aligning with product governance to prioritize enhancements and define project scope; review/manage requirements; lead UAT; and manage deployment including developing/issuing release communications o Support Risk system(s) production activities including troubleshooting issues and working with Deloitte Technology to define/implement fixes or workarounds. Provide daily support for various requests, ad-hoc requests. o Manage the onboarding/offboarding processes of geography configurable features including training, working with Deloitte Technology on technical deployment, decommissioning, etc. o Maintain Risk system(s) homepage sites (including content updates) on Deloitte Resources. o Manage Risk system(s) reporting requests, access/license rights, fixing issues/defects, hotfix delivery, providing daily support, etc. o If needed conduct training and presentations related to the various Risk system(s) functionality. Help with the maintenance/operations of learning materials o Support ongoing and ad-hoc strategic projects as identified Support Global Enterprise Taxonomy implementation across Global Risk Technology products and their external integrated systems: o Help managing Global Enterprise Taxonomy annual update process working with all Risk Technology products teams, integrated systems, client services taxonomy leads and Global taxonomy team. o Help coordinating global enterprise taxonomy alignment between integrated systems o Assist in representing Global Risk Technology team on global taxonomy ongoing calls o Support ongoing and ad-hoc taxonomy request as identified
