Consistent with our core values, the Compliance Analyst will posses a positive, energetic and professional disposition, be hightly adaptable and results-oriented with a meticulous attention to detail.The position is located in Aurora, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities

Data Management and Analytics

Build and develop complex reports using database management systems
Deliver recommendations to support business decision-making by the identification and interpretation of risk, trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities for process improvement (e.g. improvements to data management tools)
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop new and unique data-driven solutions using Big Data platforms, creative analytical methods, and data visualization techniques (Data Modeling etc.)
Connect and build pipelines between various data sources
Lead for identifying and interpreting trends as it relates to compliance metric results and benchmarking
Leading Power BI/Power Automate software development, deployment, and maintenance
Documenting contents in a data warehouse and meta-data storage
Creating technical documentation and user guides for BI tools and other processes
Develop, maintain, and improve KPI dashboards in Power BI to ensure data integrity and accuracy

Learning Management System (LMS) & Workday

LMS Subject Matter Expert - responsible for the implementation

and deployment of all e-learning courses, creating course assignment profiles, and reporting
Workday - managing global compliance targets in Workday and ensuring that logic and formulas are accurate for proper course assignments
Collaborate and support Subject Matter Experts with respect to global training records including assignments, tracking, reporting and monitoring

Projects & Key Initiatives

Provide support for global projects
Other duties as assigned

Key Qualifications/Requirements

Knowledge and Education

University Degree or College Diploma required (Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Managing Data & Information or other relevant fields)
- Work Experience

2+ years of practical experience in a corporate environment, preferably a multinational company
Proven record in identifying process issues and scoping possible solutions

Skills and Competencies

Technologically proficient: Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Project, TEAMS), and ability to learn new software
Experience managing complex databases and dashboards
Basic understanding of Power Automate
Self-motivated with a desire and eagerness to learn
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive approach to improving processes
Able to work independently without supervision
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple priorities
Effective written and oral communication
- Experience with Power BI would be an asset

Work Environment

This position takes place in a standard work environment
Hybrid working environment
No regular travel required
