**Your responsibilities**:

- Plan projects / Establish schedules / Modify when required/ Monitor progress and budget
- Ensure Customer satisfaction and responsiveness to customers.
- Assess/Manage and report project risks and opportunities
- Manage/lead project team to ensure project success and team spirit.
- Manage change requests, prepare quotes/implement changes, with support from technical and other
- staff as required.

**Your background**:

- Electrical or mechanical engineering university degree or technologist diploma with a minimum 5 years
- relevant project experience.
- Presentation and communication skills both in French and English
- Strong leadership/interpersonal skills/Conflict resolution/Negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage/work with virtual (cross border/culture) teams.
- Understanding project finances & contracts.
- Experience in managing installation/construction projects.
- Experience in the mining industry would be an asset.
- PMP Certification would be an asset.
