Come share your passion with us **The role we are offering you**:In this role, the Project Manager for the Americas region, will be assigned to different projects, will develop project management plan and establish project goals & objectives for projects in the sector of updates for civil simulators. He/She will develop project management plans, establish goals and objectives and make sure to meet them. **Your challenges**: - Take charge of all aspects of the entrusted projects: schedule, costs, income, risks, scope and contract. - Manage the material, human and financial resources necessary to meet the contractual obligations and ensure profitability. - Manage by influence the teams of the different departments involved in the project. - Report regularly to internal management on progress, issues, and workarounds. - Establish long-term relationships with our customers by delivering quality services and service offerings. - Prepare service offers and respond to clients in conjunction with our customer support representatives. - Promote CAE's products and services in order to create new business opportunities. - Recommend and participate in continuous improvement initiatives and governance reports. **Requirements**: - University degree in Engineering or Commerce with five years of applicable experience. - 5 to 8 years experience in project management. - Communication skills (excellent verbal and written communication). - Skillful in managing execution in a dynamic environment. - Customer centric. - Creativity and innovation. - Team player. - Success as a Natural Leader. - Responsible and autonomous. - Results oriented. - Willing to travel internationally on a regular basis (10%). - Bilingualism (French and English) is required. - PMP is an asset. **CAE offers**: - an environment where your initiatives will be recognized and valued - the opportunity to travel internationally - the opportunity to work on a variety of projects on a multidisciplinary team - the opportunity to represent the organization at external conventions and conferences - the possibility to work from home occasionally - flexible schedules - attractive employee benefits Come share your passion with us.
