The Digital Video Producer will have their finger on the pulse of our video productions and seek out ways to maximize efficiency and maintain consistency of the projects we deliver from pre-production, production, and post-production. This position will play a huge role in ensuring that quality and workflow processes are maintained and evolving.

We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

Join our collaborative team as a Digital Video Producer

What you will do:
- Work with the Managers and provide support on video shoots, budgets, scheduling, and all logistics associated with production.- Collaborate with external vendors, partners, and third-party labor teams on projects.- Define key production constraints and clearly communicate the accountabilities to team members.- Work closely with the Video Production Manager, Studio Manager and Brand Marketing to assign creative projects to the video and photo teams.- Managing day-to-day creative requests and projects.- Manage freelancers and ensure that they have the resources they need.

What we are looking for:
- 3+ years in project coordination or project management experience.- Proven experience working as a Line Producer within a production driven environment.- Experience in full-cycle video development process.- Proficient in MS Suite.- Effective communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
