As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Westside Premium Craft Sauces in the Manitoba region.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and relationship building.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the quality and uniqueness of our sauces.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
- Travel from store to store to meet new clients and build the brand

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Familiarity with the food industry or a passion for quality food products is a plus.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $55,000, commensurate with experience.
- Allowance for vehicle and fuel expenses
