**Job Description**:
As a Kitchen Sales Representative at Emcab Kitchens, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our products to prospective customers. Your primary objective will be to understand the needs and preferences of clients and guide them through the process of selecting the perfect kitchen solutions. Your duties will include:
1. Sales Generation:

- Proactively engage with prospective customers to understand their kitchen requirements and preferences.
- Showcase Emcab Kitchens' product offerings and explain features, benefits, and customization options.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to generate leads, close sales, and achieve revenue targets.

2. Customer Consultation:

- Provide personalized consultations to clients, offering expert advice and recommendations based on their needs and budget.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable kitchen designs, materials, finishes, and accessories.
- Address any questions or concerns raised by clients and provide solutions to meet their requirements.

3. Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and address any post-sale inquiries or issues.
- Develop a network of referrals and repeat customers through exceptional service and support.

4. Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on Emcab Kitchens' product offerings, including new releases, features, and promotions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase key features and benefits.
- Continuously educate yourself on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.

5. Sales Administration:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions using CRM software.
- Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as design and installation, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen or home improvement industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with customers effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
