**Responsibilities**:

- 60% of your time will be devoted to: Manage the supplier’s accounts (payables)- 40% of your time will be devoted to:
- Receivables and invoices
- Balance sheet
- Ensure that the data into the system is complete and accurate
- Provide administrative support to the local management team
- Enter transactions in the various accounting software
- Costs control- In order to do so, you'll have to:
- Be action oriented
- Be rigorous
- Work closely with different business partners in the plant
- Ensure the continuous improvement of current processes
- Excellent organizational and planning skills and thoroughness
- Demonstrate analytical skills, autonomy and a high level of initiative

- In possession of an accounting diploma
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in account payables
- Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP (an asset)
- Proficiency in Office Suite (A MUST)
