Afin d'étendre rapidement les capacités du moteur Unity, nous avons besoin de votre aide pour consolider sa position de plateforme la plus populaire pour la création de jeux, grâce à son excellence pour créer des jeux multijoueurs, multiplateformes et ouverts.

Au sein de notre équipe, vous travaillerez étroitement en partenariat avec les équipes du développement, de la gestion du programme et de la conception pour équilibrer la stratégie dans l'ensemble des trois axes, soit les besoins des utilisateurs, les objectifs de l'entreprise et la faisabilité technique. **Ce que vous allez faire**:

- Rechercher les besoins des utilisateurs pour les marchés cibles actuels et futurs
- Mobiliser les utilisateurs et les partenaires pour qu'ils collaborent sur la validation des produits
- Collaborer avec l'ensemble des rôles et des équipes pour s'assurer que nos plans répondent aux besoins des utilisateurs
- Élaborer et communiquer les calendriers de lancements des produits sur une période de 1 à 2 ans

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Une expérience en gestion de produits pour appliquer de manière autonome les techniques de gestion de produits appropriées
- Une expérience de la production de jeux vidéo ambitieux pour comprendre rapidement les besoins de nos utilisateur(rice)s
- De fortes capacités à collaborer et à harmoniser un ensemble d'équipes qui peuvent avoir des priorités et des objectifs divergents

**Vous avez peut-être également**:

- Des capacités de narration et de présentation visuelle qui permettent de distiller des sujets complexes en communications claires et concises
- Des antécédents techniques suffisants pour apprendre et effectuer des analyses sur les solutions techniques potentielles aux résultats 3D en temps réel souhaités

We need your help to rapidly expand Unity engine capabilities, and consolidate its position as the most popular platform for game creation, by excelling at building multiplayer, cross-play, and open-world games.

In our team, you'll partner closely with Development, Program Management, and Design, to balance the strategy across the 3 axes of user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Join us to make a meaningful impact in enabling game creators' success

**What you'll be doing**:

- Research user needs for the current and future target markets.
- Engage with users and partners to collaborate on product validation.
- Collaborate across roles and teams to ensure our plans fulfill the most needed user outcomes.
- Assemble and communicate 1-2 year product roadmaps.

**What we're looking for**:

- Product Management experience to independently use the right PM techniques.
- Experience with ambitious game production, to rapidly understand our users' needs.
- Strong capabilities in collaboration and driving alignment across teams who may have different goals and priorities.

**You might also have**:

- Storytelling and visual presentation abilities to distill sophisticated topics into clear and concise communications.
- Technical background sufficient to learn and engage in analysis of possible technical solutions to desired real-time 3D outcomes.
