**Job Purpose**:
Joining the Viking-Cives family you will have pride, be result driven, motivated, and extremely organized working with Payroll to provide day-to-day support with a payroll of 200+ employees, along with working in accounts receivable.

**Job Duties**:
**Payroll - such as but not limited to**:

- Assist the Payroll Coordinator with full weekly payroll cycle
- Assists with activities related to both manual entry and electronic uploads of payroll into ERP system
- Ensure accuracy of time sensitive payroll processes by reviewing hours submitted
- Assist in submitting weekly payroll for 200+ employees
- Reports to track indirect/direct labour used for month end reporting
- Maintain Vacation schedule
- Payroll document retention and filing
- Assist with all month-end activities required by payroll (GL account reconciliation, expense, account posting, etc.)

**Accounts Receivables - such as but not limited to**:

- Daily invoicing of parts and whole good equipment, verify costing
- Problem solve with discrepancies and issues
- Answer customer inquiries and issues in relation to accounts receivable invoicing
- Occasionally work with Finance when required to perform miscellaneous journal entries and reporting.

**Skills/Qualifications**: Strong knowledge in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel), Syteline ERP, Dayforce (formally Ceridian) or similar payroll software, invoicing, and journal entry.

**Requirements**:
Confidentiality, good attendance, strong attention to detail, works well under pressure.

**Education/Experience**:
2+ years experience in Accounting/Payroll or College Diploma or it’s equivalent required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
