Leurs ressources combinées font progresser leur objectif visant à accroître la transparence et la responsabilité au sein de l'industrie, ainsi qu'à améliorer la sécurité, la conformité et les performances. Nous recherchons de nouveaux membres d'équipe à ajouter à notre entité combinée en pleine croissance.

Les consultants juniors aident les clients avec les ascenseurs, les escaliers mécaniques et une litanie d'autres besoins en matière de transport vertical. Aider leur équipe à proposer des solutions aux clients. Le poste est destiné à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les sociétés de gestion et les entrepreneurs pour aider à la conception et à la maintenance des appareils.

Le poste relèvera directement du chef des services-conseils à Montréal.

Bilingue en français et en anglais est idéal.

Les responsabilités primaires

Effectue divers types d'inspections de transport vertical conformément aux codes à jour et aux exigences de l'industrie.

Maintient à jour ses connaissances des codes et de la technologie des ascenseurs

Participer aux réunions avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les entrepreneurs sur une base quotidienne, hebdomadaire et/ou mensuelle.

Préparer et rédiger régulièrement des rapports en fonction de divers projets

Faciliter l’exécution appropriée et en temps opportun des projets commandés par les clients

**Qualifications**:
1. Diplôme/diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent

2. Intérêt pour les systèmes mécaniques et électriques et le dépannage d'éventuels défauts.

3. Intéressé à travailler et à obtenir une certification d'inspecteur d'ascenseurs qualifiés.

4. Doit avoir un permis de conduire complet

Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes

Connaissance pratique : le travail assigné et le flux de travail de conception et la manière dont il est répercuté dans un département et une entreprise dans son ensemble afin de maintenir l'efficacité et la rentabilité.

Connaissances générales : Connaissance générale des systèmes mécaniques et électriques et de leur fonctionnalité

Connaissance approfondie : Technologie incluant les programmes requis pour occuper le poste tout en conservant la capacité de travailler de manière autonome avec la technologie requise pour un consultant junior

Connaissances approfondies : La capacité de travailler dans des situations parfois difficiles et d'établir des relations fondées sur la confiance et le respect mutuel.

Attentif : Dans le travail effectué ainsi qu'aux demandes faites par les clients, les autres membres de l'équipe, les gestionnaires, les fournisseurs et les entrepreneurs
- Souci du détail : doit être capable de voir l'objectif primordial des projets tout en restant attentif au fonctionnement interne des détails qui font partie intégrante du maintien de la sécurité et de l'intégrité du projet en cours.
- Ponctuel : travailler dans le respect des paramètres des délais, ce qui nécessite le respect d'un calendrier et des compétences exemplaires en matière de gestion du temps et de priorisation.
- Collaboratif : la capacité de bien travailler avec les autres membres de l'équipe et d'autres consultants et d'obtenir leur soutien
- Accessibilité : démontrer les caractéristiques requises pour recevoir et évoluer à partir d'une critique constructive du rendement au travail et de tout ce qu'elle englobe
