Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and review PowerPoint presentations, Excel exhibits, and initial data conclusions for client reports.
  • Present recommendations to senior leadership teams and board members as required.
  • Mentor and coach junior staff, including delegate tasks and evaluate performance.
  • Manage mid-complexity projects or modules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to fees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Human Resources, Actuarial Science, or Accounting.
  • 2 years of experience in a consulting role.
  • Data expertise, including aptitude and familiarity with various sources of compensation data.
  • Pay equity experience, understanding nuances of provincial and federal legislation.
  • Project management skills, including leading transformational compensation programs.
  • Bilingual (written and conversational English and French).
