In this context, we are looking for an Information Technology Analyst, Payments Team - Financial and Commercial Markets. Major initiatives and complex stimulating support will be part of your daily life at National Bank.

**More details on your role**:

- Analyze the overall integration schedule in order to identify potential conflicts and make links with other groups and IT partners involved
- Play a role of facilitator for his team, take charge of various requests and follow up on them
- Perform operational support in partnership with colleagues, analyze and qualify requests by eliminating issues
- Help to optimize and converge controls in order to make them more efficient
- Participate in the evolution of the orientations of the processes and the tools supporting them
- Ensure the establishment / maintenance of operational processes with our suppliers for sound management of Payment ecosystems
- Assist in the creation of test scenarios and perform functional and technical tests,
- Work according to agreed delivery priorities as a team, focused on business value.
- Bachelor's degree related to the industry and six years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the industry and four years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of domestic and international payment processes as well as the business and operational processes surrounding them;
- Knowledge of Payment Canada, SWIFT, Compliance rules an asset;
- Knowledge of collaborative work tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Office365;
- Knowledge of initiative and operations management methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban), ITIL, DevOps, or other;
- Understanding of the delivery / life cycle of incident and problem management, desirable;
- Knowledge of development and monitoring tools: Python, Java, SQL, Unix, Remedy, AppDynamics, PowerBI, EasyBI, an asset;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities
- Be willing to work outside regular working hours
- Strong analytical mind, thoroughness and attention to detail;
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer oriented;
- Good skills in proposing alternative solutions;
- You’re able to communicate in French, both verbally and in writing. English is an asset, due to communication with English-speaking suppliers/clients.
