**What your day will look like**:

- Escalate and dispatch L2+ tickets to respective analysts

**About you**:

- 3+ years relevant experience working with a service desk (ex.: JIRA)
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborative initiatives with fellow team members and stakeholders (French & English)
- Strong sense of urgency geared towards a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to multitask, work iteratively, adjust priorities while implementing creative problem-solving, time management and decision-making skills
- Demonstrate both autonomy and initiative with daily tasks
- Team player who will work towards meeting team commitments

**Great if you have**:

- Exposure with Agile development methodologies and processes
- Experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and F&O
- Analytical perspective to identify repeating or related issues
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent in relevant field or proven relevant experience)
- General knowledge of Microsoft SQL and PowerShell querying and scripting languages
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams

**Votre profil**:

- Au moins trois ans d’expérience avec un centre de services (comme JIRA).
- Forte capacité de communication et initiatives de collaboration avec les membres de votre équipe et les intervenants (en français et en anglais)
- Sens aigu de l’urgence en ce qui a trait aux besoins de la clientèle
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément, à travailler de manière itérative, à ajuster vos priorités tout en faisant preuve de capacités créatives de résolution de problèmes, de gestion de temps et compétences en prise de décision.
- Capacité à être autonome et prendre de l’initiative dans les tâches quotidiennes
- Avoir un esprit d’équipe et travailler en vue de respecter les engagements de l’équipe

**Encore mieux si vous possédez ces atouts**:

- Expérience avec l’élaboration des méthodologies et processus Agile
- Expérience avec Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and F&O
- Perspective analytique pour cerner les problèmes répétitifs ou les problèmes qui y sont associés
- Diplôme ou baccalauréat en informatique (ou équivalent dans le domaine concerné ou expérience pertinente avérée).
- Connaissance générale de l’interrogation dans Microsoft SQL et de PowerShell et des langages de script
- Connaissance pratique de Microsoft Teams
