**How you will create impact**:

- Partnering and collaborating with Distribution teams to deliver relevant and impactful content.
- Delivering training using adult learning principles, evaluating effectiveness, modifying solutions based on feedback and providing follow-up support as required.
- Coordinating learning events by assisting with scheduling and logistics, responding to inquiries, managing rosters and generating reports.
- Adhering to a content management strategy ensuring learning materials and interfaces remain up-to-date, that content is archived based organizational standards and a positive user experience is maintained.

**To join our team**:

- You have 3 years of experience in workplace learning and development or a related field.
- You have a post-secondary diploma
- Having the Adult Learning, Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) or Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) certification is an asset.
- You have strong knowledge of adult learning and instructional design principles, learning development and delivery and the design life cycle.
- You have working knowledge of learning mechanisms, systems, tools and software.

**What you need to know**:

- You will travel occasionally.
