Job Title: Learning and Development Administrator
Job Description:
A Learning and Development Administrator plays a role in supporting an organization's training and employee development initiatives. They are responsible for coordinating, organizing, and administratively managing various learning and development programs, ensuring that employees have access to the training and resources needed to enhance their skills and knowledge. This role is essential for fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Learning and Development and HR team to plan and schedule training programs and workshops.
Maintain and organize training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
Collaborate with all departments to develop standardized work instructions, which will serve as the foundation for creating training materials learning, and professional growth within the organization.
Ensure that training materials are up-to-date and readily accessible to trainers and participants.
Provide technical support for learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms.
Collect and analyze feedback from participants to assess the quality and effectiveness of training programs.
Make recommendations for improvements based on feedback and evaluation results.
Promote training opportunities within the organization through various communication channels.
Support HR Team with various orientation/onboarding tasks.
