**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**

The Application Analyst - M365 Technical Specialist, as part of the team, will be responsible for:

- Serving as the key ITS resource in support of the M365 collaboration portfolio of tools
- Develop collaboration solutions using M365 apps and services, primarily in SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Assisting and supporting our business users in solving technical issues with guidance and real-time coaching.
- Understanding business goals and drivers, translating those into collaboration solutions using M365 apps and services
- In coordination with other key IT staff and business users, assist in the planning and migrations from network folders to SharePoint Online and M365.
- Support the strategic lifecycle management for the M365 eco systems determining the impact of release changes on existing solution portfolio
- Contribute to documentation and knowledgebase content.
- Provide support in creating training material for technical and non-technical staff across the organization.

**Requirements**:
You have a post-secondary degree or diploma with a strong emphasis on Information Technology. Microsoft certifications are considered an asset.

You have at least 5 years of experience developing M365 collaboration solutions built on SharePoint Online, Teams and related MS technologies. Possess Microsoft 365 knowledge and understanding of security and compliance capabilities related to collaboration. Solid understanding of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams architecture and administration. Working knowledge of JSON, JavaScript, CSS and KQL (Keyword Query language). Familiarity with PowerApps, Flow, Logic Apps, Microsoft Graph, and SharePoint Modern Pages/Web Parts. Comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels within an organization.
